[COB] Chloroplast Outer-Envelope Beta-Barrel Database

COB is a comprehensive database of 16,586 chloroplast beta-barrel protein sequences, organized across ten structural categories and an uncharacterized group. Sequences were identified using a machine learning classifier that detects beta-barrels from features extracted from evolutionary protein contact maps. Here, we provide a searchable database of these sequences, along with predicted Boltz-2 structures and category information for each protein.
